People want to adjust their pickup time after the order was placed

Supporting evidence from the usability study.

  • 4 out of 4 total participants said they wanted the ability to change their pick up time after the order was placed.

It’s hard to plan my order if I'm pre ordering coffees in the morning. The ttc is so unreliable sometimes that it’ll make me late by 20-30 mins. This way I can reschedule my order so I know it will be good and I won’t have to ask the baristas to make me a new one
